Which clockwork is in a HENRI BENETT timepiece?

Male Watches: The reliable clockwork Ronda calibre 715 with three-pointer function is the quality engine of our timepieces. A three pointer model, complete with date display and a battery life of 60 months, keeps you reliably up to date.

Female Watches: We use a Miyota 9T13 for our Female Line-Up. It is much slimmer and smaller than other movements.

 

What kind of glass do we process in our watches?

Always a little bit better. That is our claim. While many manufacturers often opt for inexpensive and ordinary mineral glass as part of their production, HENRI BENETT uses so-called sapphire glass – scratch-resistant and much harder. This high-quality glass is manufactured using the Verneuil process, which also produces synthetic gemstones. The crystal structure makes the glass particularly dense, pressure-resistant, and heat-resistant.

Our female line-up uses domed sapphire glass.

What kind of leather does HENRI BENETT use?

All timepieces are fitted with a calfskin watch strap, which can be replaced easily with the help of a quick-change function. No tools are required for this, which guarantees effortless handling. Our leather bracelets are currently available in black and brown. Calf leather is particularly strong and uniform in its structure and one of the best leather products in terms of quality. Since leather is a natural product, there may be minor colour variations and irregularities in the texture of the material.

The leather straps of our female line-up are handcrafted in germany.

 

What are the payment options at HENRI BENETT?

We offer a variety of options for dealing with the payment process. Here we work together with our reliable partner Stripe. The security of your data is our highest priority – which is why we partnered with Stripe. Our partner meets the most stringent security requirements of the industry and is PCI DSS Level 1 certified (details on Stripe Security) for the highest level of protection and security. You can pay with all major credit cards, Paypal, SOFORT Überweisung, Giropay, and SEPA direct debit.

 

How long will it take to ship my order?

Upon receipt of your order, we will deliver the goods directly to our dispatch centre, where processing will take place within 24 hours. From there our logistics partners take over. It generally takes 1-5 working days until your order arrives. Everything ordered before 2 pm CET (Monday to Friday) is shipped the same day.

 

What is the cost of shipping and where do we ship our products to?

We deliver free of charge to your desired address within Germany and Europe. Of course, we also guarantee shipment to other countries. You will find an overview below.

Do you offer free returns?

Absolutely yes! You can return your order within 14 days of delivery at no extra cost – no questions asked. Just let us know your intent to return (via Mail support@henribenett.com) and we send you a shipping label free of charge.

 

What are the shipping options?

Our preferred logistic partner within Germany and the EU is DHL. Under some circumstance we also use UPS, DPD or Hermes. Outside the EU, DHL or UPS are delivering your order.

 

I have not received confirmation of my order. What should I do?

If you order from our online shop, www.henribenett.com, you will receive a confirmation after completion of your order containing all the details to the email address you provided. If the confirmation does not reach you within one hour, we request that you check the following.

  • Did I provide the correct email address?
  • Did you check the SPAM folder of your email account?
  • Of course you can also contact our Customer Support at support@henribenett.com.

 

For how long can I cancel and return my order?

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods. Contact our customer service, who will arrange a return label for you to print, so that you can initiate the return shipment without any problems. It is not possible to refund the purchase price after the deadline. If you cancel within the aforementioned period, you will receive your money back within 14 days.
